Something really good has happened in our training team: three colleagues have passed their training certificate (AdA certificate) at BBZ Fulda. This means we now have five trainers who look after our junior staff.
More people, more time, more support
Training isn't just something we do on the side. We want young people to really learn something here, to be able to try things out and to have someone who supports them. With five trainers, we can guarantee exactly that: more exchange, more support and more room for individual development.
Our apprenticeship programs for industrial clerks and electronics technicians for devices and systems benefit from this in particular. And so do we as a company—because good training ultimately produces good skilled workers.
New opportunities: Media designer training
Thanks to the new AdA certificates, we are now also able to train media designers. Although there is no need for this at the moment, the qualification broadens our spectrum and makes us flexible for the future.
In an industry where technology and visual design are becoming increasingly intertwined, this is an exciting step that opens up new avenues for us.
We listened—and learned
An important point for us was the honest feedback from our last trainees. They openly addressed areas where we could improve.
That is precisely what we take seriously. And that is precisely why we need a larger, well-trained team of instructors. The three new AdA certificates are therefore not just a “certificate on the wall,” but a real investment in the future.
Promoting young talent – quite deliberately
We often talk about how important technology, quality, and reliability are. That's true. But just as important are the people who make all of this possible.
With five instructors, we now have a team that is eager to pass on knowledge, discover talent, and guide our next generation of skilled workers through their professional lives with confidence.
Looking ahead
This puts us in an excellent position for the coming years. Those who train with us should not only learn a profession, but also feel comfortable and be able to grow.
And we are quite sure that with a strong team of instructors, this will be even more successful.
