Yes. We currently ship to Europe, Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom. For inquiries from other countries, we first assess whether shipping is feasible.
Shipping via parcel service, preferably via DHL. Shipping costs are listed in the quote.
We also ship under EXW Incoterms.
The tracking number will be printed on the packing slip. You can request the tracking number in advance.
Please report everything to us so we can take action. Ideally, do not accept damaged goods.
Technical Consulting / Products
Press the LED button to switch between 100% and 80% charge targets. This only works when the radio is not in the charging cradle. To switch, press the LED button until the desired color lights up. Green indicates 100% charge, and yellow-green indicates 80% charge. After pressing the button, the LED briefly lights up in the color of the selected charging mode to confirm it. Once the radio is inserted, the LED lights up in the color you selected and then automatically starts the charging mode.
Yes, our WTCs have been approved by the KBA and bear an E1 marking.
The marking is located on the nameplate on the back of the charging mount.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to convert the WTC681 to the 1702 model
It is not possible to convert the WTC681 (Sepura STP8000/9000) into a WTC1702, even though some components of the two charging cradles are the same.
When purchasing a new charger:
Instead of the WTC681, go with the WTC1702, which can charge both generations of radios (STP8000/9000 AND SC2020/21).
Yes, provided the plastic and insulation are still intact. The polarity and fuse size are identical, even for the WTC3xxx series.
All external components of our current products are available individually; for older devices, some items may still be in stock—please inquire about these.
Yes, we can supply this part upon request, or you can send us the charging mount for replacement.
No, the width of the load bracket varies, but the hole patterns in the mounting bracket are identical.

In principle, only the batteries listed in the user manuals are approved for use with the charging cradles. In individual cases, other batteries may also be used after consultation and approval. We cannot repair any damage caused by the use of unapproved batteries. In some cases, the manufacturers’ websites include notes regarding the use of these batteries in the WTCs.
