As soon as a radio is inserted into a charging slot, it is automatically recognized by the software and can be programmed.

For Motorola DP4801e VHF

Beyond to the usual functions of fast charge and trickle charge the PassivPlus Car Kit an external antenna adapter can also be connect. An additional antenna adapter is required for this (not included), so the signal is used from the external antenna instead of the conventional signal from the radio. The Car Kit is connected to the on-board power supply.
