**General Description**

Beyond to the usual functions of fast charge and trickle charge the PassivPlus Car Kit an external antenna adapter can also be connect.
A data interface is also integrated in the WTC1902SER. A RS232 programming cable, for example, can be connected here.
Please note the pin assignment (see below). To use the PEI function, an additional license for the radio is required.
The radio is locked by a push mechanism at the top of the Car Kit.
The Car Kit is connected to the on-board power supply.

**General Description**

The passive Car Kit is small and compact. It provides the functions of fast charge and trickle charge for your radio in the vehicle.
The active function is displayed by the two LED.
The Car Kit is connected to the on-board power supply.
We recommand to use an original belt clip for a save latch.

**Integrated PEI-Interface**

This special WTC680 has a PEI interface for connecting car kit to a LARDIS radio system.
The LARDIS system automatically recognizes the inserted radio and displays it on the screen.
The corresponding Pin Assignment for SUB-D plug you will find in the manual.

**Application Example**

This stationary Car Kit is suitable for operational vehicles and is designed for common sockets.
The standard functions of Fast Charge and Trickle Charge are provide as usual.

The TETRA PEI-interface PEI676 is connected to the SUB-D socket of WTC676 \[600076\] and establishes a connection between an inserted MTP850 and the LARDIS system.
The LARDIS system simplifies everyday life, by simple group changes of the radio, status handling and radio subscriptions (more information at Lardis.de).
Through the interface to the WTC676 you can use all these functions directly in your car.
To do this, the PEI adapter is connected to the WTC676 and connected to the LARDIS display with the connection cable.
As soon as your MTP850 is inserted into the Car kit, it is automatically recognized.

The TETRA PEI-interface PEI676 is connected to the SUB-D socket of WTC676 \[600076\] and establishes a connection between an inserted MTP850 and the PC.
With this connection to the PC this allows to programm the radio directly in the Car Kit.
